Redefining Movement: Doroni Aerospace

The Lion Lookout: Volume 6

Building On Momentum

At LionRun, we help startups build momentum. And sometimes, we get to watch that momentum turn into something bigger: a movement.

Doroni Aerospace has spent the last seven years building and redefining the future of personal air mobility. Their go-to-market vehicle, the H1-X is the culmination of years of R&D.

They’ve already achieved successful prototype flight and secured several patents solving some of the biggest challenges in the consumer eVTOL landscape.

By the time we met them, they weren’t just dreaming of a new era of movement, they were actively building it. And as they moved from their Seed Round to Series A, we had the opportunity to help shape how that story was told.

The Doroni H1-X

The Blueprint

When Doroni came to us in early 2024, they had a focus: launching the H1-X.

At that stage, everything revolved around proving the viability of their aircraft. Their brand and messaging was accessible, light, heavily tech-driven, packed with details on the mechanics, aerodynamics, and why this was a disruptive leap in aviation.

And it made sense. The investors they were pitching to weren’t looking for big, abstract visions—they wanted to see a product that worked. The deck had to make one thing crystal clear: this aircraft isn’t just possible—it’s happening, now.

But something was missing. While the H1-X was an impressive product, the bigger story—the "why" behind Doroni—wasn’t fully formed yet.

The Evolution

Fast forward to 2025, and Doroni wasn’t only building revolutionary new aircraft— but redefining how the world moves.

By the time they approached their Series A, the conversation had changed. They were proving they could build a company. And that required a different kind of pitch.

This time, investors weren’t just looking at specs and engineering breakthroughs. They wanted to know: Can this company scale? Can this team execute? Does this vision have longevity?

We rebuilt their deck to reflect this shift. Instead of diving straight into technical details, we zoomed out and showed the bigger picture. We told the story of who Doroni was, what they believe in, where they had been—and where they were going next.

And the result— a pitch that felt less like an investment ask—and more like a movement.

Owning Their Identity

One of the biggest challenges startups face as they grow is making sure their brand evolves with them. Doroni had the tech, the team, and the traction—but they needed to own their identity.

So, we worked with them to refine not just their deck, but their entire brand presence. The lighter, futuristic look they started with made sense in the beginning, but it didn’t fully match the company they were becoming. The new Doroni was bold, ambitious, and ready to lead—so their brand had to reflect that.

We wrote the new tagline: “Experience Freedom”

It had to sell an idea—a belief in the future of personal air mobility. We built the foundation around three key pillars: Innovation. Ambition. Freedom— all of which became foundational to the messaging and strategy across all brand communications, website and investor materials.

Bringing the Brand to Life

With a clear direction in place, it was time to take it beyond the pitch deck. A brand isn’t just what you say—it’s how you show up everywhere. That meant a full revamp of Doroni’s website and social presence.

The site had to balance technical clarity with storytelling. The words and the visuals needed to match the bold, ambitious future Doroni was building.

The new look is darker, sleeker, and impossible to ignore—just like their vision.
